Congratulations to Gary (Gaz) Tucker and Jane Cattaneo of Network Training Partnership Ltd, who have recently been re-accredited with the Gold Award under the Armed Forces Employer Recognition Scheme and the Military Covenant. Gaz was presented with the Award on 27 February 2026 by the Lord Lieutenant of Essex.

Gaz and Jane, with Network Training Partnership, were among the initial sponsors of UK Armed Forces Wheelchair Rugby League (UKAF WhRL) in 2025 and continue to support as sponsors in 2026.
While still serving, Gaz undertook the role of Support Manager for the Army Rugby League Team for several years as a secondary duty, serving as the right-hand man to Nav, who was running the Army Team at the time and was also his immediate boss in his primary role. Gaz was quickly identified by Nav’ as a top-class operator, who would add great value to the Army Team and was “voluntold”, very much as a willing volunteer!
20 years later, the old support team is getting back together, with Gaz coming on board, taking on the role of the self-sponsoring Tour Support/Assistant Manager for the UKAF WhRL ANZAC26 Tour to Brisbane 15 – 27 April 2026.
Gaz completed a full career in the British Army, reaching the rank of REME WO1 Recovery Mechanic. He then founded Network Training Partnership Ltd (NTP). Of particular note has been NTP’s outstanding contribution to Corporate Social Responsibility and support to British Veterans, indicative of Gaz’s continued sense of service, superbly supported by business partner Jane, recognised with re-accreditation of the Gold Award.
